Gleichstellung, Beteiligung und Sichtbarkeit von Frauen sind zentrale Anliegen meiner Arbeit im Strukturwandel: Ich moderiere Tagungen, Konferenzen und Exkursionen, organisiere Workshops und verbinde Akteur:innen aus Wissenschaft, Praxis und Zivilgesellschaft, um Ideen in konkrete Umsetzung zu bringen. Internationale Erfahrungen – unter anderem durch Freiwilligenarbeit und Reisen in Lateinamerika – prägen meinen Blick auf Transformation und stärken mein Verständnis für gesellschaftliche Veränderungsprozesse. Als Brückenbauerin zwischen Wissenschaft, Praxis und Kreativität arbeite ich daran, das Potenzial der Lausitz gemeinsam, innovativ und gerecht zu entfalten.

Promoting participation, gender equality and the visibility of women is a core focus of my work in structural transformation: I moderate conferences, excursions and workshops, and bring together actors from science, practice and civil society to turn ideas into action. My perspective on transformation is shaped not only regionally but also internationally, influenced by extensive travel and volunteer work in Latin America, which deepened my understanding of social change. As a bridge builder between research, practice and creativity, I work to unlock the Lausitz’s potential collaboratively, innovatively and with a strong commitment to social justice.
